This role involves ensuring seamless coordination with doctors, addressing their operational challenges, and enhancing patient care delivery.Key Responsibilities:● Doctor Coordination: Plan schedules, align doctors for surgeries, and ensure timely hospital arrival.● Doctor Operations: Address operational challenges and provide effective solutions.● Doctor Hiring: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for doctors.● Doctor Counselling: Train newly onboarded doctors on OPDs and patient interaction.● Doctor Payouts: Ensure timely and accurate payout processing for doctors.● Communication Liaison:
