We are seeking an experienced and highly driven Account Manager to join our team at Inspira Enterprise India Pvt. Ltd. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for building and nurturing strong client relationships within the enterprise sector, with a particular focus on the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector. You will drive the end-to-end sales process for IT solutions and services, especially in cybersecurity, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and contributing significantly to business growth.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong client relationships within the enterprise sector, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Drive end-to-end sales processes, from prospecting and pitching to closing deals, with a primary focus on IT solutions and services.
- Work closely with clients to deeply understand their business needs, proposing tailored solutions that effectively address their cybersecurity and IT infrastructure requirements.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets,



contributing directly to overall business growth.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, particularly in the cybersecurity landscape, and advise clients on emerging threats and the inherent value of our solutions.
- Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams, including technical and support staff, to ensure smooth solution delivery and comprehensive post-sales support.

Skills Requirement:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building trust and credibility with clients.
- Solid understanding of IT solutions and familiarity with cybersecurity products and services.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and highly skilled in negotiation.
- Proven track record in IT solutions or services sales, particularly within the enterprise and BFSI sectors.
- Cybersecurity sales experience is highly preferred.

QUALIFICATION:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
