Job Summary

PNB MetLife is looking for an energetic and career-oriented qualified to join as a Provisional Distribution Manager. The role involves building and developing a team of life insurance advisors while supporting recruitment, training, business development, and achievement of team objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Team Building & Leadership: Recruit, guide, train, and motivate a team of life insurance advisors.
2. Recruitment Management: Handle the complete recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, selection, and onboarding.
3. Training & Development: Participate in and conduct training sessions to help new team members understand products, processes, and sales practices.
4. Documentation: Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of team and recruitment-related records.
5. Business Support: Work with team members and senior management to execute marketing and business development strategies.
6. Performance Management: Motivate the team and monitor performance to achieve assigned business and recruitment targets.
