We are seeking a skilled Zuora Migration Specialist to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data migration, particularly with Zuora, and will play a crucial role in transitioning our billing and subscription data to the Zuora platform.
Responsibilities
- Lead the migration of billing and subscription data to Zuora from legacy systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop and execute migration plans, including data mapping, validation, and testing.
- Monitor and troubleshoot issues during the migration process to ensure timely completion.
- Provide training and support to end-users on the new Zuora system.
Skills and Qualifications
- 3-8 years of experience in data migration projects, preferably with Zuora or similar billing platforms.
- Solid understanding of subscription billing and revenue recognition processes.
- Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation for migration tasks.
- Experience with data mapping and ETL tools.
- Familiarity with API integrations and web services.
