Description

Expediting the readiness of orders for all the Project deliverables like bulk material & equipment's from suppliers and arrange the delivery Timely as well as comply to project documentation requirements.
. Update the order placement details regularly against each Purchase requisition and Material requisition.

- Expedite the supplier and obtain the order confirmation for all the purchase orders
- Expedite the supplier and ensure the availability of VDRL (Vendor Document Requirement List) and its documents on time as per agreed document deliverable schedule (if applicable)
- Prepare the procurement tracker for all the project (for project material) with reference to PR /MR
- Expedite all the suppliers and update the progress on material manufacturing process and delivery readiness in tracker (applicable for project)
- Monitor the progress and highlight the delay if any to project team as soon as it identified.




- Co-ordinate with Logistic supervisor and ensure the freight forwarder finalization on time to meet project schedule.
- Ensure the availability of detailed packing list for all the deliverables.
- forward the pre-alert for delivery to the logistics department and project team for all the deliverables.
- Update the progress status as required for Project.
- Co-ordinate and arrange all the requested certificates and clarify the discrepancies to transparent the inspection from supplier.
- Arrange the meeting or tele-conference discussion with supplier and prepare mitigation plan if the delay is beyond the agreed date.
- Co-ordinate for FAT or any other stage inspection as required for Project
- Perform other job-related duties assigned by the section head.
- Ensure the clear & smooth flow of communication with suppliers, end users and all the team members to achieve delivery completion as per agreed schedule
