Role: Salesforce Developer / Architect (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud)

Type: 100% REMOTE

Client is Based in USA....... applicant from INDIA must be willing to work in CST time.

This role requires strong technical depth, ownership of inherited architecture, and the ability to maintain and evolve complex Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand and reverse‑engineer the existing Salesforce architecture, customizations, integrations, and business rules.
- Design, develop, and troubleshoot Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and platform configuration.
- Support CRM processes across Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Products, Campaigns, Cases.
- Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Named Credentials, OAuth, and related patterns.
- Diagnose production issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and safely modify business‑critical functionality.
- Maintain and improve documentation for custom logic, integrations, and operational processes.
- Support Pardot/Account Engagement automation and lead‑handoff workflows as needed.
- Perform impact analysis, development, testing, regression validation, deployment, and post‑release support.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Marketing,



and IT teams to clarify requirements and recommend scalable solutions.

Required Skills

- Robust hands‑on Salesforce development experience (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud).
- Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce Flow.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce CRM objects and business processes.
- Experience with custom objects, validation rules, approval processes, automation, and security/sharing models.
- Integration experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Named Credentials, OAuth.
- Ability to support production environments and preserve existing business logic.
- Experience translating business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.

Nice to Have

- Pardot / Account Engagement experience.
- Service Cloud features: Case Management, Omni‑Channel, Knowledge, Entitlements, Email‑to‑Case.
- Sales Cloud features: Forecasting, Territory Management, Products, Price Books, CPQ.
- Experience Cloud, Field Service, MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica, Azure integrations.
- Release management tools: Git, Salesforce DX, DevOps Center, Copado, Gearset.
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Visualforce, Aura.
- Salesforce certifications (PD1/PD2, Admin, App Builder, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).
