Role Description The Sales Executive role at Justdial is a full-time, in office position based in Silchar. In this role, the Sales Executive will identify and approach potential business partners, present Justdial's services and solutions, and secure new listings and subscriptions. The role involves meeting clients in person, conducting product demonstrations, negotiating terms,



and maintaining strong relationships to support customer satisfaction and retention. The Sales Executive will also gather market feedback, collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, and work toward achieving individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated ability in sales, business development, and client relationship management.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Comfort with fieldwork, including regular client visits within Silchar and nearby areas.
- Basic understanding of digital platforms and interest in local search, online listings, and cloud-based business solutions.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet performance targets.
- Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
- Prior experience in sales, retail, or service industries is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with the local market in Silchar and surrounding regions is beneficial.
