We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused Chief of Staff to drive operational excellence across the manufacturing value chain.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with the COO on strategic & operational priorities
- Drive S&OP;, production planning & cross-functional alignment
- Lead Capex, modernization & operational excellence initiatives
- Monitor quality, warranty, productivity, machine uptime & margins
- Develop MIS, dashboards & operational insights for senior leadership
- Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Procurement, Production, Quality & Supply Chain
- Lead critical projects, resolve bottlenecks & manage operational crises

Key Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related field
- MBA from a reputed institute preferred
- 10–12 years of experience in Manufacturing / Industrial / Automotive / Engineering
- Solid knowledge of S&OP;, Capex, ERP, JIT, TQM, Lean Manufacturing & Quality
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication & problem-solving skills
- Lean Six Sigma / PMP certification is an advantage
