JOB DESCRIPTION – DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Role Overview

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to own and execute our digital presence, standardize consistent content, drive engagement, and deliver measurable digital impact.

- Position: Digital Marketing Executive
- Department: Marketing Office (Branch out of BD)
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Budget: Up to ₹10,00,000 per annum (All-inclusive)

Experience Requirement

- B2B marketing experience is required.
- B2C experience is valid, but B2B experience is highly preferred.
- Experience in professional services and/or financial services is preferred.
- Proven experience in digital content, social media, SEO, and campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Strategy & Creation

- Plan, create, and publish high-quality content for LinkedIn, website, newsletters, and other digital channels.
- Develop thought-leadership assets such as articles, case studies, insights, infographics, and presentations/decks.

2. LinkedIn & Social Media

- Grow and manage the LinkedIn company page and leaders digital presence.
- Drive engagement through a structured content calendar, community engagement, and social listening.

3. SEO & Website Optimization

- Execute on-page SEO, including keywords, meta descriptions, headers, and internal linking.
- Optimize website content for improved search visibility and conversions.

4. Analytics & Reporting

- Track, analyze, and report digital performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), LinkedIn Analytics, Google Search Console, and other relevant tools.
- Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.

5. Video & Visual Content

- Edit short-form videos and reels using CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, and Adobe Premiere Pro.




- Create engaging visual content using Canva and Adobe Express.

6. AI-Enabled Content Workflow

- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copy.ai, Jasper, DALL·E, Synthesia, etc. for ideation, writing, design, and automation.
- Improve efficiency and repurpose content across multiple formats and channels.

7. Campaigns & Growth Support

- Support digital campaigns, landing pages, and lead magnets.
- Coordinate with the Business Development team for events, webinars, and content assets.

8. Digital Operations

- Manage the content calendar, approvals, and publishing workflow.
- Stay updated with digital trends and recommend current opportunities for growth and engagement.
