About the Role
We are looking for a Linked

In Lead Generation Specialist to support our US market through Linked

In outreach, lead generation, prospect conversations, and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities
Connect with prospects through Linked

In and other outreach channels .

Send personalized messages and engage in professional conversations.

Qualify leads and identify potential sales opportunities.

Follow up with prospects and schedule meetings.

Manage conversations and leads using CRM/outreach tools.

Use AI tools to improve research, messaging, and productivity.

Work with the internal team to achieve outreach and sales goals.

Requirements
6 months–1 year of experience in sales, business development, lead generation, or customer-facing roles.





Strong spoken and written English .

Comfortable communicating with US/international prospects .

Positive communication, follow-up, and organizational skills.

Familiarity with Linked

In and AI tools .

Self-driven and willing to learn.

Comfortable working 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM IST .

Good to Have
Experience in B2B sales, Inside Sales, SDR, or Lead Generation .

Experience with Linked

In Sales Navigator or CRM tools .
