Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive system features that span from user interface elements to backend services. The role requires actively engaging in the creation of innovative solutions that enhance client service delivery.

The engineer embraces a cloud-first approach and agile methodologies to address complex business challenges, continuously exploring and applying emerging technologies to optimize system performance and user experience. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and iterative development cycles are integral parts of the daily workflow, ensuring that solutions are both effective and scalable.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.




- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of system features ensuring alignment with project goals and client requirements.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth and technical excellence.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address any challenges to maintain delivery timelines.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Fabric.
- Strong experience in full stack development encompassing both frontend and backend technologies.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Familiarity with cloud computing principles and deployment strategies.
- Experience working within agile development environments and iterative delivery models.
- Competence in debugging, testing, and optimizing code for performance and reliability.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Microsoft Fabric.
- This position is based at our BDC11 - SEZ office.
