- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




- Lead efforts to improve system stability and performance through effective issue resolution.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving skills and technical knowledge.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on system support and development activities.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing.
- Experience in designing and executing automated test scripts to validate software functionality and performance.
- Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools to enhance testing efficiency.
- Ability to analyze test results and troubleshoot issues to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment processes to support automated testing workflows.
- Skilled in collaborating with development and operations teams to integrate automated testing into the software lifecycle.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Automated Testing.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
