Job Description – Graphic Designer: Marsh RiskWe are seeking a talented individual to join our Sales Enablement CoE team at Marsh. This role will be based in Mumbai. Candidates must be able to work UK business hours (i.e. 11:30AM – 8:30PM IST/7AM – 4PM GMT) and may occasionally need to work beyond those hours to meet deadlines.The Sales Enablement CoE supports various Marsh businesses worldwide primarily across Proposal & Bid Management, Client Research and Creative Services.The individual will support our UK Corporate business. Working with the design leader in the UK business, you will support our team in producing RFP responses in Word and PowerPoint. Contributing to high profile transactions, you will be flexible and resilient while working within tight timeframes.A role in the Creative Services team will expose you to a fast-paced environment and give you the chance of working with senior stakeholders. Working with the design leader, you will ascertain scope of work/objectives, agreeing deliverables and time frames. You will lead your own projects and receive exposure to all sectors within Marsh Risk.We will count on you to:Deliver high quality bid submissions and presentations by:Working alongside the design leader and bid managers, you will ascertain scope of work/objectives, agreeing deliverables and time framesCreating new PowerPoint and Word templates for client presentationsWorking on improving layout of presentations and placemats as per guidelines, suggesting improvements and designing alternate layouts/charts/diagramsProviding advanced formatting support for PowerPoint and Word documents and Excel charting, including redesigning slides in PowerPointTailoring pitch materials to specific client requirements or to convey key messagesHaving custody of key documents through the editing/review/proofing stagesSupporting our bid centre with ad-hoc design related requestsWorking on layout copy, tables and graphs of final bid submission documentsSourcing imagery, developing and researching concepts, designing or working with existing layout templates, developing concepts and submitting for approvalOverseeing final production of bid submission documents where required,



including liaising with printers and other suppliersCreating final PDF submission by consolidating various documents/components (covers, dividers and attachments etc)Other layout/design requests as required which may include development and production of flyers, brochures, advertisements and fact sheetsEmbedding video/audio/Flash components as requiredYou will also be required to:Assist the team with updating business materials and resources, including the development of material for our Automated Bid system (PowerPoint template)Assist with general MS Office requests and template/document troubleshootingImage search using photo libraries as requiredConcept development and template developmentUphold corporate branding to ensure consistency with style guideUpdate work tracking systems and maintaining a high standard of procedural work practicesWhat you need to have:Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office PowerPoint, Word, intermediate ExcelWorking knowledge of Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign) and Adobe Acrobat ProExcellent organisational skills, the ability to work efficiently under pressure and multi-task to meet deadlinesExceptional attention to detail with a focus on quality and consistencyProven ability to work as part of a team and build relationships with internal stakeholders and colleaguesExcellent eye for layout and designExperience designing, developing and using templatesPrint production experienceRelevant experience working in a corporate in-house design/presentation/document preparation environmentAdept at problem solving and a quick learnerPreference for working in a fast-paced environmentWhat makes you stand out?Certified Adobe designer/Graphic design pertinent degree with corporate design expertiseProficiency in motion graphics, video production, audio/video editing and animation using Adobe Premiere Pro, After effects and AuditionStrong design aesthetics,
