We're looking for a Head Barista to lead our coffee and beverage program and build a culture of excellence.What you'll do:• Lead and train the barista team• Maintain exceptional coffee and beverage quality and consistency• Dial in espresso and optimize brew recipes• Drive service standards and guest experience• Manage inventory, equipment maintenance and daily operations• Work closely with our kitchen and leadership team to continuously improve the café experienceWe're looking for someone who:• Has 4+ years of specialty coffee and beverage experience with leadership experience preferred• Understands espresso extraction, milk texturing, brewing methods and beverage fundamentals• Takes pride in precision, cleanliness and consistency• Loves training people and building high-performing teams
