Marketing Coordinator College Smart and Young Founder Summit | Panchkula | Full-time, on-siteCompany Description College Smart is a career and college consulting organization that guides students to top universities across the globe. Learners supported by College Smart have secured admissions to Ivy League and other leading institutions in the US, UK, Canada, Australia, Europe, and India, for both undergraduate and postgraduate programs. The organization offers comprehensive services including career counselling, college counselling, profile building, scholarship application support, and application guidance, along with structured support on essays, interviews, and resumes. Young Founder Summit is our annual three-day entrepreneurship programme for high school students, culminating in live pitches to angel investors. The 2026 edition hosted 135 students from more than 44 schools. The two organizations operate as complementary brands with a shared commitment to student outcomes. Role Description The Marketing Coordinator will lead the planning and execution of marketing initiatives across both College Smart and Young Founder Summit. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Panchkula, with periodic travel for school visits, fairs, and expos. The role combines content creation, campaign management, event-led marketing, and relationship building. The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the counselling team to translate student achievements into compelling public-facing content, drive registrations for Young Founder Summit, and represent and build partnerships for both organizations externally. Performance will be evaluated against agreed metrics, reviewed monthly. Manage all social media channels for both brands, including Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook, covering content planning, publishing,
and community engagement. Create and design marketing content in Canva, including static posts, reels, and repurposed archive material, spanning knowledge-led content, event coverage, workshop recaps, and promotional campaigns. Collaborate with the counselling team to document and showcase student work, projects, and admissions outcomes. Maintain a consistent, student-first brand voice across all communications. Training will be provided. Plan and execute email marketing and WhatsApp campaigns for both organizations. Manage paid campaigns on Meta, and on Google Ads where applicable, including budget tracking and performance reporting. Own and maintain the organizational database, ensuring accuracy, currency, and confidentiality of student and family information. Track and report on campaign performance, including enquiry sources, registrations, reach, and engagement. Strong communication and writing skills, with the ability to produce clear, engaging content for students, parents, and institutional partners. Proficiency in Canva and Google Sheets is required. Working knowledge of Google Ads is a plus. Experience with email and WhatsApp marketing platforms. Confidence presenting to groups of students, parents, and school leadership, and willingness to travel as required. Genuine interest in student success, and familiarity with, or willingness to learn, the student journey across career counselling, profile building, and college counselling at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. A proactive, creative approach, with the ability to originate ideas rather than execute briefs alone. High standards of integrity in handling confidential student and family data. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred. Prior experience in marketing, education services, or consulting is beneficial.
