The ideal candidate should be client-facing, commercially strong, and technically sound,



with the ability to close projects and push them into execution.Key Responsibilities:Take initial client meetings and drive project closuresManage residential projects ranging from ₹10L – ₹50LHandle complete project lifecycle – from concept to productionConduct design meetings, site masking or validationCreate 3D models (SketchUp or Infurnia), renderings, and 2D drawings (AutoCAD)Stay updated with market trends, recent material launches, and premium finishesAssist clients with material selection and push projects to productionWhat We’re Looking For:3–6+ years of experience in luxury residential interiorsStrong portfolio showcasing premium homes & high-end detailingExpertise in SketchUp, AutoCAD, and rendering toolsExcellent knowledge of materials, finishes, and current market offeringsExcellent client-facing, presentation, and closure skillsAbility to manage multiple projects with high attention to detailInterested candidates can submit their profiles to [email protected].
