Position: Department/Discipline Head/HOD- Piping

Work Location: Bangalore, India

Education: B.E / B. Tech

Experience: 20+ Years of Experience
Role & Responsibilities:

- Must have 20 to 30 years of experience and minimum 5 years as Discipline Head / Senior Lead / HOD in EPC projects.
- End-to-end piping engineering leadership across FEED, Detailed Engineering, Procurement Support, Construction, and Commissioning
- Experience in Oil & Gas (Onshore / Offshore), Petrochemicals, Chemicals, Power Plants, Process Plants, Steel, Fertilizer, Water & Wastewater
- Proven experience on international EPC projects (US / Europe preferred)
- Strong exposure to constructability reviews, site engineering,



and interface management with Client, PMC, Procurement, and Construction teams
- Deep understanding of piping execution planning, staffing strategies, workshare models, and risk mitigation
- Piping design and layout engineering
- Stress design philosophy and review
- MTO methodology and material control
- EPC execution workflows and deliverable management
- Codes & Standards: ASME, EN, PED, project specifications
- Review and governance of 3D modelling tools (SP3D / E3D / PDMS / Plant 3D / CADWORX)
- Solid technical authority in piping engineering
- Leadership and multi-project management capability
- Decision-making on deviations, changes, and risk
- Client, PMC, and contractor interface management.
