Role & responsibilities

- Pega CSSA certification is mandatory
- experience in designing, building and implementing BPM solutions
- experience using Pega
- Strong experience with complete life cycle of Pega PRPC rules configuration, customization and deployment, preferably in Agile/SCRUM based environment
- Knowledge of all phases of SDLC including design, configuration, testing, debugging, implementation, and support of large-scale, business-centric and process-based applications
- Strong knowledge of the PRPC Architecture, design and implementation features
- Working knowledge on Pega OOTB features
- Strong working knowledge in one or more programming languages, HTML, JavaScript and CSS
- Experience architecting custom API integrations with Pega
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively guide and mentor junior employees
- Excellent relationship management skills to forge relationships with stakeholders and suppliers
- Experience in Pega Developement tool , Proficiency in JAVA( 8) , Javascript and HTML, CCS
- Valuable understanding of Database concept including data modeling and data normalization




- Good understanding of concepts on BPM, Case Management, SOA & EAI
- Experienced in design & development BPM applications using Pega PRPC ver 6.1, Ver 6.3 & Above
- Performing analysis & Tuning of Pega PRPC applications, Familiar with PLA, DB Trace, SMA.
- Experienced in any of Pega PRPC frameworks including CPM, Smart Investigate, Smart Disputes, Compliance, Mortgage, KYC
- Banking domain knowledge including Disputes management, Compliance, Mortgage management, Front & Back office operations (Retail ops)
- Good understanding of processes followed in RTB & CTB including incident management, Change mngt, SDLC etc
- Should be capable of defining Best practices & enable practice of Guard rails across Pega Platform
- Exposure to projects involving multiple integration partners viz Document Management (FileNet, Documentum), Messaging systems (MQ, TIBCO EMS), Active Directory, Document Generation, eMail & Fax management.
