Roles and Responsibility

- Design, develop, and implement CAD/CAM programs for machine shop operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for CAD/CAM programs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CAD/CAM programming.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure high-quality output.
- Provide training and support to junior team members on CAD/CAM programming best practices.

Job Requirements

- Proficient in CAD/CAM programming languages such as AutoCAD, CAM350, or similar software.
- Experience working with industrial equipment and machinery, particularly in construction equipment.
- Robust understanding of computer-aided design and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
