Job brief:We are looking for a Full Stack Developer responsible for managing the interchange of data between the server and the users. Your primary focus will be the development of both server-side and client-side logic, ensuring high performance and responsiveness of applications. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and integrating front-end and back-end components while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient web applications. Roles & Responsibilities:

- Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code.
- Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications.
- Development and maintenance of scalable front-end and back-end architectures.
- Implementation of security and data protection.
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand user requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Mentor junior team members.
- Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using modern front-end technologies.
- Develop REST APIs, business services, and third-party integrations.
- Integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Create Unit and Integration tests to ensure the quality of code.
- Write code that is cross-browser and cross-device compatible.
- Work in a cross-functional team to deliver a complete user experience.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and reliability.
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning activities.

Experience & Exposure Required:

- 3+ years of experience as a Software Engineer in Full Stack Development.




- Experience in developing web applications using Python, Django, and ReactJS.
- BFSI/Insurtech industry domain experience preferred.
- A good understanding of Object-Oriented Design, Data Structures, Algorithms, and Design Patterns.
- Insightful knowledge in scalable web application development using Python and Django.
- Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Understanding of fundamental design principles behind scalable applications.
- Good understanding of databases and SQL (MSSQL preferred).
- Hands-on development experience in API integrations, business services, REST APIs.
- Strong working knowledge of API testing tools like RestClient, Postman, and SOAPUI.
- Understanding of Python threading limitations and multi-process architecture.
- Solid understanding of HTTP protocol and client-server architecture.
- Working knowledge of front-end optimization and performance techniques.
- Experience building responsive websites for web, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Cross-browser development and troubleshooting experience.
- Understanding of accessibility and security compliance.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Robust unit testing and debugging skills.
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git, Mercurial, or SVN.
- Exposure in application hosting with Nginx server (Preferred).
- Basic understanding of DevOps practices and deployment workflows is an added advantage.
