Roles & Responsibility
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Assistant Manager HR to manage the complete employee lifecycle, with a robust focus on recruitment and talent acquisition. The role involves handling end-to-end HR processes including onboarding, training coordination, employee engagement, and exit formalities, ensuring smooth HR operations across the organization.
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle: Manpower planning with department heads
- Sourcing through job portals, consultants, and references
- Screening, shortlisting, and interview coordination
- Salary negotiation and offer rollout
Onboarding & Induction
- Handle complete onboarding process: documentation and joining formalities
- Conduct employee induction and orientation programs
- Ensure smooth integration of new hires into the organization
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Training & Development
- Identify training needs in coordination with department heads
- Plan and coordinate internal/external training programs
- Maintain training records and track effectiveness
Employee Lifecycle Management
- Manage the entire employee journey from joining to exit
- Address employee queries and support engagement initiatives
- Ensure implementation of HR policies and processes
Exit Management & F&F;
- Handle resignation process and exit formalities
- Conduct exit interviews and analyse feedback
- Ensure timely Full & Final (F&F;) settlement in coordination with accounts
- Maintain proper clearance and documentation process
