We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Telecaller / Tele Sales Officer to handle inbound and outbound calls for loan sales. The role involves lead generation, client coordination, and end-to-end support until loan approval.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to pitch loan products and generate qualified leads.
- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable loan options.
- Follow up with customers for document collection and application completion.
- Coordinate with field sales and operations teams to ensure smooth loan processing.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM or Excel.
- Achieve daily and monthly targets for call volume and lead conversions.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a professional communication tone.
Preferred candidate profile
- Female candidates only.
- Graduate or HSC passed with good communication skills in Hindi, English, or local language.
- 1 to 5 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or loan sales process.
- Knowledge of various loan products like Home Loan, Business Loan, LAP, Project Loan, etc.
- Valuable convincing skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work under targets with enthusiasm and confidence.
