- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the assembly service team to achieve production targets.
- Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure high standards of workmanship.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and resolve issues promptly.
- Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to management.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Supervisor or similar role in the industrial equipment or machinery industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction equipment and machinery.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Robust problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with quality control procedures and protocols.
