Experience : 1-3 Years
Location : Vapi (Chanod)
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, customers, vendors, and candidates.
- Handle incoming/outgoing calls and maintain visitor records.
- Coordinate with Security for visitor entry and gate passes.
- Receive and distribute courier and official documents.
- Manage appointments and basic front-office administration.
- Support HR/Admin with factory-level coordination.
Skills & Qualification:
- Graduate/Diploma with positive communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and email.
- Presentable, polite, organized, and disciplined.
- Manufacturing/factory experience preferred.
