Key Responsibilities:

- Source prospects through LinkedIn, outbound calling and other business development channels
- Build, manage and continuously update the prospect funnel in CRM
- Pitch our real estate consulting services and identify new business opportunities
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings and site visits for the sales team
- Prepare and share proposals and manage systematic follow-ups
- Coordinate with prospects and internal teams to move opportunities through the sales pipeline
- Source, verify and update real estate property supply
- Coordinate property approvals and ensure accurate CRM listings
- Maintain complete and updated CRM records, activities and follow-ups
- Support the business development and transactions team in day-to-day execution





We are looking for candidates with:

- 2 to 3 years of experience in outbound calling, business development, inside sales or a similar client-facing role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong pitching, follow-up and relationship-management abilities
- Confidence and willingness to make regular outbound calls
- Working knowledge of CRM platforms and LinkedIn
- Ability to work independently and maintain a disciplined sales pipeline
- Candidates based in Gurugram or nearby locations preferred.
