- Source top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to identify potential candidates.
- Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
- Ensure timely communication with both clients (employers) and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage candidate pipeline from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-5 years of experience in IT staffing or related field.
- Solid understanding of contract staffing, C2H, domestic staffing, contract hiring, IT hiring processes.
- Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and candidate management.
