- Generate business through DSA/channel partners and direct sourcing, handle Home Loan and LAP leads from login to disbursement, build and maintain relationships with DSAs, connectors, builders and customers, achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets, coordinate with Credit, Operations and Legal teams for smooth processing, and ensure quality sourcing with timely follow-up on leads.
