Qualification: BE Mechanical ( no ATKT or drop in any semester )
Responsibilities
- Monitor shift log book to identify maintenance issues and interaction with various inter departments like Production, Quality Control, Personnel & Administration, safety & security for resolving their Maintenance related issues with adequate action plans.
- Plan and implement Predictive, Preventive, and Corrective Maintenance strategies across Production, Utility, and Infrastructure assets to improve Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) and reduce Mean Time To Repair (MTTR) as per TPM guideline.
- Establish and sustain Autonomous Maintenance activities, 5S activities in collaboration with production teams as per TPM Pillars.
