Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage bancassurance partnerships with key stakeholders, including branch managers, sales teams, and customers.

- Develop and execute strategies to increase cross-selling opportunities through life insurance products.

- Identify new business prospects and build relationships with potential clients at bank branches.

- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., underwriting, claims) to resolve customer issues related to life insurance policies.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive bancassurance landscape.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-3 years of experience in banca sales or bfsi sales, preferably in the life insurance industry.

- Robust understanding of bancassurance principles and practices.

- Excellent communication skills for effective relationship management with bank staff and customers.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment.
