Design and develop power electronic products such as battery chargers, AC-DC converters, DC-DC converters and inverter systems, including circuit design, simulation and engineering calculations.
Select power semiconductors, magnetics, passives and protection circuits; design analog/digital control circuits; prepare schematics, PCB layouts, manufacturing documents and BOMs. Develop charger algorithms (CC-CV, CAN communication with BMS); validate prototypes through functional, thermal, efficiency, EMI/EMC and reliability testing; troubleshoot and support qualification and production.
