- Experience in hiring processes
- Knowledge of recruitment strategies and practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Certifications in recruitment or HR would be a plus
