Responsibilities

* Manage end-to-end civil construction activities for *high-rise residential projects*.

* Supervise *RCC works*, including foundations, columns, beams, slabs, shear walls, staircases and other structural elements.

* Plan and execute projects using *Mivan / aluminium formwork systems*.

* Monitor daily site progress and ensure work is completed as per approved drawings and schedules.

* Coordinate with structural consultants, architects, MEP teams, contractors and subcontractors.

* Check *GFC drawings, structural drawings, shop drawings and bar bending schedules (BBS)*.

* Ensure proper execution of *reinforcement, shuttering/formwork and concreting* activities.

* Monitor concrete pouring, cube testing, curing and other quality-control activities.

* Plan manpower, materials, machinery and equipment requirements.

* Prepare daily/weekly/monthly progress reports.

* Track project schedules and identify delays, bottlenecks and corrective actions.

* Ensure construction is carried out according to *approved drawings, specifications and quality standards*.

* Coordinate inspections and resolve site issues with consultants and clients.





* Ensure compliance with *health, safety and environmental requirements*.

* Monitor subcontractor performance and productivity.

* Maintain proper documentation, measurements and quantity records.

* Support billing, quantity verification and material reconciliation.

* Conduct snagging, rectification and handover activities.

Experience

* *Project Manager:* 1015+ years of relevant experience.

* *Project Engineer:* 510 years of relevant experience.

* Experience in *high-rise residential construction* and *Mivan/aluminium formwork* is highly preferred.

Qualification

* B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in *Civil Engineering*.

* Relevant experience in residential/high-rise construction.
