- Attendance Management
- Canteen Management
- Positive Manufacturing Practices – Ensure every adheres to the uniform, hygiene , PPE kits
- Employee Relations
- Employee Engagement
- Grievances Handling
- Contract Labour Management – NEEM / NAPS

Job Requirements :

- 1+ years of experience in Handling shifts in a Plant / Manufacturing Unit
- Degree – MBA/ MSW/ MA HRM

- Should handle 3 shifts rotationally
