Job Summary

We are looking for a QC Engineer with 13 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring product quality, conducting inspections and testing, identifying quality issues, and supporting continuous improvement activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspection of products.
- Monitor product quality as per approved specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
- Perform dimensional and visual inspection using appropriate measuring instruments.
- Identify and document defects, deviations, and non-conformities.
- Coordinate with Production for corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain inspection reports, quality records, rejection reports, and test reports.
- Support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, work instructions,



and quality procedures.
- Assist in customer complaint analysis and resolution.
- Support implementation of 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure proper calibration and usage of inspection and measuring instruments.
- Maintain quality documentation as required for ISO/QMS compliance.

Candidate Profile

- B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical, Production, Manufacturing, Polymer, or related engineering discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in Quality Control / Quality Assurance in manufacturing.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work on the shop floor.
