Responsibilities

- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment cycle for all levels across Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Automobile, Power, Heavy Engineering, EPC, Construction, and Manufacturing industries.
- Remote Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and support a distributed team of recruiters, ensuring connectivity, collaboration, and excellence in a virtual workplace.
- Client Engagement: Communicate proactively with clients, understand business needs, and deliver on hiring targets from any location.
- Talent Sourcing & Headhunting: Develop creative sourcing strategies, leverage networks, and identify niche candidates using digital tools and platforms.
- Process Optimization: Design and implement quality checks, monitor workflows, and uphold compliance in remote recruitment delivery.
- Candidate Evaluation: Assess candidates suitability, qualifications,



and soft skills using virtual screening techniques.
- Negotiation & Onboarding: Manage offers, support negotiations, and ensure a seamless joining process digitally.

Team Management
- Train and guide team members on virtual recruitment tools and techniques.
- Define and monitor KPIs using online dashboards for team productivity and progress.
- Constructive support for underperformers through targeted remote mentoring and PIP plans.
- Foster team development with fair and transparent Internal Job Posting (IJP) processes.

QualificationsDesired Candidate Profile
- Proven expertise handling end-to-end recruitment, preferably in technical or manufacturing industries.
- Prior experience in leading remote or distributed teams is a plus.
- Strong digital communication, networking, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency with recruitment CRMs, online sourcing platforms, and MS Excel.
- Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptive to remote work culture.
