Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioural Competency)

Must-Have:

- Strong Experience in SAP ABAP on HANA
- Good exposure to Odata services, CDS Views & Fiori apps
- Good experience in all RICEFW objects
- Should be experienced on ABAP Object oriented programming.
- Should have experience on ALE/IDOCs and configurations and IDOC interfaces using jobs and event management.

Positive-to-Have:

- Experience in Web dynpro
- Experience in Workflows
- Experience in Agile Methodology

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

- Create Technical specifications based on the functional requirements specified by the business
- Mentor and guide the technical development team on technical guidelines and standards
- Establish quality standards for the code and technical templates needed for the execution of the project
- Code review & technical design review for the team
- Ownership towards complex functionalities to be built in the system
- Maintain good rapport with customer technical team and in-house team. Able to clearly articulate the technical need or impact to all the stakeholders.
