Job Summary:
- Senior SAP Supply Chain Analyst primary duty is to improve business processes with technology and provide local functional and process support.
- Candidates must have a solid understanding of Supply Chain, Contract Manufacturing, and Logistics business processes, and experience with SAP S/4HANA enabling these functions.
- This role will also be responsible for other Supply Chain applications, such as the TraceLink Serialization system and Intelligent Clinical Supply Management (ICSM).
- These are power user types of roles, with some level of functional understanding of the implemented design and configuration, leveraging project and process support documentation and resources.
- Candidate must be self-directed, be a great team player, and have excellent communication skills to be considered for this role. Preference given to those candidates who have experience in life sciences or FDA regulated industries.
Skills required:
- 4-6 years of SAP functional experience specializing in design and configuration of MRP Planning, Quality, MM, Sales and Distribution modules
- 2+ years of experience with SAP S/4 HANA ERP solutions.
- 1+ year experience in Serialization application Knowledge of Pharma Clinical Supply Chain Strong in Functional design/Configuration/Testing/Training and Business Process support documentation.
- Knowledge of SAP Security and user access process. Experience in SAP IDocs Strong technical troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Advanced skill level with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong communication and training skills, and patience.
- Ability to read, understand, and follow complex instructions. People-oriented -- enjoys interacting with people and working on group projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, as required, in a rapid-paced, matrixed, team environment consisting of internal and external team members.
- Analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent planning, organization and time management skills including the ability to support and prioritize multiple projects
Primary Responsibilities:
- Act as a Business Analyst, working with the business to understand supply chain, contract manufacturing, logistics, clinical supply processes and requests for enabling appropriate solutions.
- Understand and support master data governance for supply chain, serialization , contract manufacturing and clinical supply business processes.
- Prepare, update and assist with review/approval of all project related documentation, User Requirement Specification, Configuration Specifications, RICEFW's, Test Scripts and Security Matrix. Support and provide guidance on reporting needs.
- Respond to requests for power user support and be available to address Tier 1 support (process support, master data, user access, user support and other non-technical issues).
- Maintain current knowledge base of solutions and work with Tier 2 and 3 support sustainment teams to facilitate technical break / fixes. Provide Supply Chain, Contract Manufacturing and Logistics process support, best practices, and guidance as needed.
- Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple concurrent projects and day-to-day requests. Liaison with Business and IT to coordinate the Change Request processes.
- Demonstrate willingness to learn and implement current SAP applications.
