Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of server-side components using C++.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements and specifications.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers, ensuring best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
- Write code, and automated unit tests, conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Ensure coding standards and other quality standards like code coverage, security, performance are met
- Optimize server-side performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the continuous improvement of our server-side architecture.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Ensure the security and integrity of server-side components through the implementation of appropriate security measures.




- Analyze existing issues both functional and technical and provide right solution in a high data analytics environment.

Qualifications

- Bachelors or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5-9 years) in server-side development using C++.
- Strong understanding of server-side architecture, multithreading, and concurrency.
- Experience with network programming, socket programming, and inter-process communication.
- Proficiency in debugging and performance optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with database systems (SQL/NoSQL) and data modeling.
- Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum) and version control systems (Git).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Solid communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
- Familiarity with other programming languages (React, Typescript, Python, Java) is a plus.

C++, database systems (SQL/NoSQL), Knowledge of Agile, Scrum and version control systems (Git).
