Key Responsibilities-

- Set up and maintain the development setting while following compilation and source-control standards.
- Understand and work on assigned Work Items according to the priorities defined by the Product Manager.
- Develop, enhance, and maintain software functionalities as per business and technical requirements.
- Develop and maintain web applications using ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core MVC, ASP.NET MVC, C#, Web API, WCF, and Entity Framework.
- Build and maintain user interfaces using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, and AngularJS.
- Take ownership of assigned Work Items and proactively communicate any dependency, clarification, or lack of work.
- Maintain daily task records and provide regular updates to the relevant stakeholders.
- Keep Work Items updated with accurate Completed Work and Remaining Work status.




- Review upcoming Work Items in advance and seek clarification on requirements whenever necessary.
- Perform thorough testing after implementing fixes or new functionalities and ensure the issue is resolved across relevant areas of the product.
- Follow established UI, coding, development, and software engineering standards.
- Update bug/Work Item status only after completing the required development and testing.
- Regularly communicate completed and upcoming Work Items to the Product Manager.
- Collaborate effectively with Team Leaders, Product Managers, QA/Test teams, and other stakeholders.
- Contribute to product quality, maintainability, and continuous improvement.
- Deliver assigned Work Items within agreed timelines while maintaining development quality and standards.
