Roles and Responsibility

- Manage and oversee the production process to ensure efficient and high-quality output.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and resolve production issues.
- Implement and maintain quality control measures to meet customer requirements.
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure equipment is properly maintained and repaired.





Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably in production management or a related field.
- Proven experience in production management with a robust understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
