- Manage IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and software applications to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Oversee the implementation of new technologies and systems to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Develop strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders to negotiate contracts, resolve issues, and identify opportunities for growth.
- Coordinate project planning, execution, and delivery across multiple projects simultaneously.
Job Requirements :
- 5-8 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry.
- Solid understanding of Microsoft technologies (AV) and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Excellent networking skills with ability to build strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders.
- Proven track record in vendor management, negotiation, and contract administration.
