Job Accountabilities (duties and responsibilities).
- Material management for casing yards including receiving, inspection storage, accounting, bundling, dispatches to required location in time.
- Planning and execution of casing maintenance activities followed by preparation of work order in accordance with well planning.
- Manage overall yard operations like receipt, storage, preservation and issue of materials for uninterrupted drilling and completion operations.
- The Process is to be maintained in ERP system (Working on SAP for Receipts, Issues /OGPs, e-way bills etc.)
- Material Accounting & Reconciliation Ensure proper material accounting on day to-day basis by perpetual inventory count and resolve the queries if any
- Effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders for smooth inward and outward movement of materials
- Waste Management: Timely removal / disposal of scrap,
Hazardous / Non-Hazardous / e-waste accumulated in the yard by processing of OGPs / Invoices against Sales / Work Order adhering to procedures and guidelines.
- Multiple internal and external audit coordination
- Carry out job evaluation according to HITRA and implement appropriate safety precautions/practices followed by PTW and Lifting plan respectively
- Continuous improvement through innovative ideas and taking positive initiatives for betterment of working setting.
Skills Required (Knowledge and Skills)
- MS Office (expert in MS-Excel, MS Word and Power Point).
- Functional knowledge of SAP (MM/RLM).
- Experience in Material Handling and logistic operations
- Knowledge in drilling and completion, project cargo
Key Attributes (Experience and Qualifications)
- Graduate in any degree with 5 years of experience.
