Key Experience & Skill Requirements
- 15-20 years of experience in quality management (machine building / capital equipment preferred)
- Solid exposure to incoming, process, and assembly quality
- Expertise in ISO 9001, audits, CAPA, 8D, FMEA, SPC, APQP, and MSA
- Hands-on knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical controls
- Experience in leading quality teams and handling customer complaints and field issues
