Sales Enginner

Preferred candidate profile

Generating enquiries by Field visits to Customer

Follow up on Enquiry.

Updating the Enquiry in the Sales Management System.

Getting Costing from Pre-Sales Department

Making offer based on Costing.

Follow up on offer submitted.

Fix up meetings with the customer with superiors as and when required.

Negotiating and finalizing a project.

Filing in lost business report in the required format for orders lost.

Making Visit reports in the format for every visit made.

Follow up for Sales and Commercial payments.

Helping the Service team in field as required by them to attend to Customer Calls.

Contributing for activities related to sales like exhibitions, seminars etc.

Updating on competition activities in the market.

Maintaining Enquires and offers. (All Document and Correspondence)

Maintain Daily and Weekly Activity Reports

Fill in the CRM in the SAP system to be updated on weekly basis.
