Responsibilities

- Supervise CNC machining operations (including milling, drilling, grinding, etc.), offering hands-on technical support and troubleshooting for complex machine issues, program modifications, and setup procedures to reduce downtime.
- Develop and strengthen capable vendors who can meet our quality expectations in a cost-effective manner.
- Analyze current processes to identify opportunities for improving efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

- Extensive background in manufacturing operations with solid expertise in CNC machining
- Vendor development for aluminium die casting
- Catering to the stringent quality standards of the automotive, rail, and aerospace sectors
- Must possess a transparent understanding of ISO and IATF requirements

Technical Skills

- Preferably knowledgeable in aluminium die casting processes
- Strong proficiency in CNC programming and operations
- Hands-on experience with CAD/CAM software
- Sound understanding of quality systems such as Six Sigma
