QA Full Stack (Manual + Automation) Middle/Middle+

Job Summary

We are looking for a QA Full Stack Engineer with strong experience in both manual and automation testing to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in test automation, API testing, database validation, CI/CD, and debugging.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare test plans and testing strategies for new features and enhancements.
- Design, write, and maintain detailed test cases and checklists.
- Perform manual testing of current features, enhancements, and bug fixes.
- Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts.
- Analyze automated test results and identify failures and defects.
- Conduct smoke, sanity, and regression testing.
- Perform functional and integration testing for web and mobile applications.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, grooming sessions, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other team meetings.
- Improve and maintain test documentation and QA processes.
- Perform API testing and validate API responses.
- Validate application data using SQL queries.
- Analyze application logs and error stacks to identify and troubleshoot issues.
- Use debugging tools to investigate defects and identify root causes.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of defects.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3+ years of commercial experience in software testing/QA.




- Strong knowledge of software testing concepts and testing methodologies.
- Hands-on experience in writing test cases, test scenarios, and checklists.
- Experience testing both web and mobile applications.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language; Python preferred.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, Locust (or similar), and Cucumber.
- Experience with API testing using tools such as Postman and Swagger.
- Experience with CI/CD tools, preferably Jenkins and/or GitLab CI.
- Good understanding and hands-on experience with Git.
- Strong knowledge of SQL for writing queries and validating data.
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience working effectively in distributed/remote teams.
- Strong logging and debugging skills, including the ability to analyze logs, understand error stacks, and use debugging tools.
- Fluent English communication skills (C1 level).

Preferred Skills

- Experience in FinTech, NBFC, lending, credit line, or financial services products.
- Experience working with credit, lending, or FLDG-related products.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a distributed team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
