- Manage and coordinate the design of transmission lines, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Develop and implement innovative solutions to complex design problems, improving efficiency and reducing costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to ensure successful project execution.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and provide technical guidance to junior engineers.
- Prepare and present technical reports, proposals, and other documents to senior management and clients.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing training and support to help them develop their skills.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in transmission line design and development, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles, power systems, and transmission networks.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, MicroStation, or similar tools.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes.
