Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Payroll Executive to handle end-to-end payroll and statutory compliance processes for our multiple client accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payroll calculation, statutory deductions, and monthly compliances such as PF, ESIC, and Professional Tax.

Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for assigned clientsdata collection, salary calculation, and final payout.
- Handle PF, ESIC, and Professional Tax registration, contribution, return filing, and challan preparation.
- Ensure timely preparation and submission of monthly challans for all statutory components.
- Maintain client-wise employee records and payroll data with accuracy.




- Stay updated on statutory labor law amendments and ensure full compliance with applicable regulations.
- Coordinate with clients to resolve payroll discrepancies or compliance queries.
- Support in preparation of MIS reports and audit documentation when required.

Desired CandidateProfile

- Graduate in Commerce or related field.
- 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in payroll and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, TDS on salary).
- Valuable knowledge of payroll software or Excel-based payroll management.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet monthly timelines.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills for client interaction.
