We are looking for an experienced MIS Executive who can prepare, manage, and present accurate MIS reports, dashboards, and data-driven insights. The role demands solid analytical skills, excellent command of Excel/Power BI, and the ability to present information clearly to management.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Analyze data to identify key trends, variances, and performance metrics.
- Develop dashboards using Excel, PowerPoint & Power BI.
- Convert raw data into meaningful insights for management.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting.
- Collaborate with various departments for data collection and validation.
- Prepare presentations and assist in decision-making with structured reporting.
- Support process improvements through data-driven recommendations.
Skills Required
- Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, charts).
- Strong proficiency in Power BI and PowerPoint.
- Excellent data interpretation & analytical thinking.
Experience
4 to 6 years in MIS, Reporting, or Data Analysis roles.
