Senior ThingWorx Developer (5-8 Years)

Location: Airoli, Mumbai (5 Days WFO)

1. Must Have

- Solid, hands-on expertise in ThingWorx Foundation (end-to-end ownership)

- Advanced experience in ThingWorx data modeling with scalability and performance considerations

- Proven expertise in complex Mashup (UX) development

- Advanced dashboards, drill-downs, trend comparisons, filters, and exports

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and Java for optimized ThingWorx services

- Expertise in SQL development and optimization (queries, procedures, transformations)

- End-to-end ownership of ThingWorx application deployment

- Platform maintenance and upgrades

- Version migration

- Hands-on experience integrating ThingWorx with PLC / SCADA / MES / ERP systems

- Experience with OPC UA / Modbus TCP/IP based integrations

- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and industrial KPIs

- Ability to independently translate business requirements into technical solutions

2. Good to Have

- Experience developing ThingWorx custom extensions

- Hands-on exposure to ThingWorx Analytics

- Hands-on exposure to ThingWorx Flow

- Experience with Kepware architecture, performance tuning,



and governance

- Python scripting for data processing or automation

- Experience in multi-site or enterprise-scale IIoT deployments

- Knowledge of security, data governance, and platform performance best practices

- Integration experience with SAP and other enterprise systems

3. Non-Technical / Behavioural

- Strong communication skills with business, IT, and vendor teams

- Ability to lead requirement discussions on feasibility, scope, and delivery

- Capability to work independently with ownership mindset

- Mentoring and guiding junior developers

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Structured approach to solution design and documentation

- Awareness of latest digital manufacturing and IIoT trends

- Professional maturity and accountability for delivery commitments
